PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

ASTM A672 carbon steel welded pipe is a high-performance industrial pipe designed for medium-low temperature and high-pressure environments, in accordance with the A672 standard of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). The product is made of high-quality carbon steel material and is welded by advanced electric fusion welding (EFW) or electric resistance welding (ERW) processes to ensure that the weld strength is consistent with the parent material. The pipe undergoes rigorous heat treatment (such as normalizing or tempering) to eliminate welding stress and improve material toughness, and is suitable for a wide temperature range of -45°C to 345°C.

The specifications of carbon steel welded pipe cover outer diameters of 6 inches to 24 inches (or custom sizes), with wall thickness grades from Class B to Class E to meet different pressure requirements (up to Class 22). The surface can be sandblasted, galvanized or epoxy coated to enhance corrosion resistance, and optional beveled or flat end treatment can be used to adapt to a variety of installation scenarios.
