PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

AISI 1026 seamless carbon steel pipe is a high-performance industrial pipe made of high-quality carbon structural steel (AISI 1026) with a carbon content of about 0.26%, combining good mechanical strength, machinability and welding performance. Seamless steel pipes manufactured by hot rolling or cold drawing processes have a weld-free structure that gives them higher pressure resistance, uniform cross-sectional characteristics and excellent impact resistance, making them suitable for harsh working conditions.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Material composition: carbon (0.22-0.30%), manganese (0.60-0.90%), silicon (≤0.30%) and trace sulfur and phosphorus, balancing strength and toughness.

• Mechanical properties: Typical tensile strength ≥480 MPa, yield strength ≥260 MPa, Brinell hardness of about 137 HB, suitable for medium and high load scenarios.

• Pressure and temperature resistance: The seamless structure avoids weak points in the weld and can withstand high pressure (20-50 MPa) and a temperature range of -40°C to 450°C.

• Surface treatment: optional black paint, galvanizing or sandblasting to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.

• Specification range: outer diameter 10-610 mm, wall thickness 1-50 mm, support customized length and end processing (flat, bevel, thread).
