APPLICATION

SAE 1010 is a standard established by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). The first "10" signifies approximately 1% manganese content, while the second "10" indicates an average carbon content of 0.1%. This material closely resembles the GB standard low-carbon steel 10# but offers superior performance.

As a high-quality carbon structural steel, SAE 1010 features low mechanical strength, excellent plasticity, and toughness.
