PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SPCC carbon steel plate is a high-quality low-carbon steel material made by cold rolling process, with excellent formability, weldability and surface finish. The product is strictly controlled by the production process to ensure uniform thickness accuracy and stable mechanical properties. The surface can be galvanized, sprayed and other anti-rust treatments to enhance corrosion resistance. It has high flatness and strong ductility, suitable for precision stamping processing. At the same time, it has a good balance of tensile strength and hardness, which can meet the strength requirements of metal sheets in various industrial scenarios.
SPCC carbon steel plate is based on low-carbon composition (carbon content ≤ 0.12%), combined with cold rolling process to give the material high flatness and delicate surface texture, smooth touch and no burrs. Its low yield strength characteristics significantly improve the efficiency of stamping and forming, can adapt to complex processing requirements such as deep drawing and continuous die punching, and is not easy to crack when bending. Through precise annealing treatment, the internal grain structure of the plate is uniform, with both bending ductility of more than 180° and tensile strength of 300MPa, maintaining structural stability in lightweight design. The surface can be adapted to pre-treatment processes such as electrophoresis and phosphating to enhance coating adhesion and meet diverse anti-corrosion and appearance decoration requirements. The standardized thickness range covers 0.3-3.0mm, with a tolerance control of ±0.03mm, supporting high-precision processing such as laser cutting and CNC stamping, and compatible with automated production lines for efficient mass production.
As a general-purpose steel, SPCC carbon steel plate is widely used in the manufacture of automotive parts (such as door inner panels, brackets), home appliance shells (refrigerators, washing machine panels), architectural decorative components, office equipment metal parts and hardware tools. In the electronic and electrical industry, it is often used to make protective structures such as chassis and distribution cabinets. Its excellent processing characteristics also make it the preferred substrate for sheet metal processing, bending forming, punching and other processes, and can efficiently produce standardized or customized metal products.
