PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
4130 alloy steel bar is a high-strength, high-toughness steel with excellent hardenability and hot strength. The critical hardenability diameter in oil is 15-70mm, and it has sufficient high-temperature strength below 500℃. The steel has good machinability and moderate plasticity during cold deformation. In terms of welding, the weldability is good when the alloying elements are at the lower limit, but the weldability is moderate when approaching the upper limit, and it needs to be preheated to above 175℃. During heat treatment, there is first-class temper brittleness, and there is a tendency to white spots in the range of 300-350℃.
4130 alloy steel bar is a lighter and higher-strength carbon steel substitute, widely used in aerospace, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles and other fields. Its excellent performance makes it the preferred material in many engineering projects.
