Packaging and Shipping

Production process
Raw Material: The production process starts with raw materials such as coiled steel.
Material Inspection: Raw materials enter the inspection stage to ensure that the quality meets the production standards.
Uncoiling: Qualified coils are unrolled through uncoiling equipment and are ready for the next step of processing.
Flattening: The unrolled steel coils are flattened to ensure the smoothness and consistency of the steel strip.
Cutting & Butt Welding: The steel strips are cut and butt welded to form continuous strip coils.
Loop Storing: The strip coils are stored in the loop to ensure the smoothness of the continuous production process.
Forming: The steel strips are gradually curled and formed into round tube shapes through forming equipment.
Welding: The pipes are welded by welding machines to form complete steel pipes.
Flatten Weld Joint: After welding, the pipe welds are further flattened to ensure welding quality and appearance.
Hot Dip Galvanized: The welded steel pipe is sent to the galvanizing tank for hot dip galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance.
Water Cooling Straightening & Sizing: The galvanized steel pipe is water cooled, sized and straightened to ensure the dimensional accuracy and shape consistency of the pipe.
Pipe Cutting with Fixed Length: The processed steel pipe is cut to fixed length according to customer requirements.
Product Inspection: The cut steel pipe enters the inspection link to ensure that each pipe meets the quality standards.
Finished Products: Qualified steel pipes are finally packaged and stored as finished products, waiting for shipment.
